  • The rental includes access to all listed amenities such as fully furnished rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, linens, and towels. Additionally, guests can enjoy our private dock, outdoor patio, and access to recreational equipment like kayaks and fishing gear.

  • Check-in is from 3 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11 AM. Upon arrival, guests will receive a key code for easy, contactless entry. Detailed instructions for the check-in and check-out process will be provided prior to your stay.

  • We love pets but unfortunately, Smith Bay Getaway does not allow pets. This policy helps us maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.
