FAQs

  • The rental includes access to all listed amenities such as fully furnished rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, linens, and hand/tea/dish towels. Bath & swim towels are not provided and should be brought with your luggage. Additionally, guests can enjoy our private dock, outdoor patio, and access to recreational equipment like kayaks and fishing gear.

  • Check-in is from 3 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11 AM. Upon arrival, guests will receive a key code for easy, contactless entry. Detailed instructions for the check-in and check-out process will be provided prior to your stay.

  • We love pets too! Our rentals are dog-friendly (please leave your feline friends at home) for up to 2 dogs.

  • Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.

  • For any issues or emergencies, please contact our property manager immediately. We provide a 24/7 support line to ensure any concerns are addressed promptly.

  • Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date may incur a cancellation fee. Please review our full cancellation terms in your rental agreement for specific details.
